Your organisation as a unit tree, with coverage, process counts, redesign gaps and constraints rolled up across every subtree. The world view: how much of the business AI can support today, and where the gaps concentrate.
Your vision map
The vision statement, its guiding principles with their defining attributes, and the success measures. Each principle carries an assertion and a counter-clause, so Claude can test whether a proposed piece of work is genuinely on-vision.
Processes, diagnosed
A process comes back as a diagnosis rather than a step list: where the elapsed time goes, how many handoffs, and what has never been measured. Unmeasured steps report as unmeasured, not as zero.
The work in flight
A role-appropriate rollup of projects, deliverables, Expert Requests, opportunities and risks, or a focused view of any one of them by reference number.
Accelerators and training
Your organisation's private accelerators alongside Kowalah's global library, so you can check what already exists before raising something new. Plus your own training enrolments, schedule and progress.
Writing back, not just reading
Save a process, a step, or a quality score straight from the conversation. Writes are permission-checked against your role and position in the org tree, and where you cannot edit directly the connector routes you to a proposal instead of refusing.
How it works
How it works
An organisation admin installs the connector once, then each team member connects their own account.
Admin adds the connector
An organisation admin goes to Claude's Organization settings, opens Connectors, clicks Add, and enters the Kowalah MCP server URL. One-time setup that takes two minutes.
Users connect their accounts
Each team member goes to Customize in Claude's sidebar, finds the Kowalah connector, clicks Connect, and signs in with their Kowalah account. They then choose permissions for the available tools.
Start asking
Claude now has access to everything they can see in Kowalah. Ask about projects, check initiative status, review expert requests, or explore accelerators, all in natural conversation.

Where are we actually constrained?
Ask against the operating model rather than against opinion. Coverage and constraint counts roll up the whole tree, so the answer points at a unit and a process, not a feeling.
Is this on-vision?
Describe something the business wants to do and ask Claude to test it against your guiding principles. Each principle carries its own counter-clause, so the test has teeth.
Where does this process lose time?
Ask about one process and get the elapsed picture: hands-on minutes against calendar days, the handoff count, and an honest list of what has never been measured.
Board preparation
Ask Claude to draft a board update on your AI programme. It pulls real project milestones, risk status and coverage movement from Kowalah, alongside the calendar and email context in your other connectors.

Getting started
An organisation admin adds the Kowalah connector in Claude's Organization settings. Team members then connect their individual accounts from the Customize sidebar. The whole process takes a few minutes. If you want the skills as well as the data, install the Kowalah Plugin instead and the connector comes with it.
