How It Works
An organisation admin installs the connector once, then each team member connects their own account.
Admin Adds the Connector
An organisation admin goes to Claude's Organization settings, opens Connectors, clicks Add, and enters the Kowalah MCP server URL. One-time setup that takes two minutes.
Users Connect Their Accounts
Each team member goes to Customize in Claude's sidebar, finds the Kowalah connector, clicks Connect, and signs in with their Kowalah account. They then choose permissions for the available tools.
Start Asking
Claude now has access to everything they can see in Kowalah. Ask about projects, check initiative status, review expert requests, or explore accelerators, all in natural conversation.
