Anyone in a marketing role who uses Claude or is about to: coordinators, executives, specialists, managers and heads of. Demand gen and growth, content and brand, events, marketing ops and product marketing all fit. No coding, design or data skills needed.

What you'll leave with

  • How to make finished work in Claude: briefs in Claude Docs, decks in Claude Slides, pages and assets in Claude Design, and short explainers in Claude Motion
  • How to tie your work to the numbers marketing is measured on: pipeline generated, MQL to SQL conversion, speed to lead and cost per opportunity
  • A pipeline dashboard built with Claude Dashboards from sample CRM data
  • How to check how Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity describe a brand (AEO), alongside SEO, and which pages to fix first
  • Hands-on practice running a demand gen campaign with a team, from content and events to inbound follow-up, and a demo of what your table made

Agenda

How the morning runs

01

Arrival and coffee

8:45
02

Welcome and the brief

9:00

Meet your table, sign in to your Claude account for the day, and get the brief: a sample B2B brand with a pipeline target for the quarter. Each person takes one piece of the work: content, events, inbound, customer proof, ABM or channel reporting.

03

Signals: a campaign built live

9:10

Watch one campaign get built start to finish: a brand's design system, a campaign brief in Docs, a deck in Slides, a 30-second explainer in Motion and a pipeline dashboard. Hands off keyboards for this one.

04

Define: the number and the plan

9:25

Set up a project for the campaign and connect it to sample CRM data. Start from the pipeline target, work back to the KPIs that move it, and use Claude to challenge the plan before you commit.

05

Design: the brand and the creative

9:50

Set up a Claude Design system from the sample brand, then make the campaign brief in Claude Docs, the plan in Claude Slides, and the landing page and event invite in Claude Design, all on brand.

06

Break

10:20
07

Build: the campaign hackathon

10:30

The longest stretch of the morning. Each person builds the piece that moves their number: a pipeline dashboard, an event plan with attendee follow-ups, an inbound reply and qualification skill, a case study, account briefs, an AEO check of the landing page or a Motion explainer.

08

Show and tell

11:30

Each table presents its campaign and the numbers it's aiming to move, the room votes, and we name a winner.

09

Lunch and networking

12:00

SubjectRequest: Claude for Marketing training on Friday, 4 December 2026

Hi [name],

I'd like to attend Claude for Marketing, a half-day, hands-on Claude course for marketers run by Kowalah. It's on Friday, 4 December 2026, 9:00 to 12:00, in the City of London, near Liverpool Street.

The morning is run as a team challenge: each table runs a demand gen campaign for a sample brand against a pipeline target, so it's practical rather than theory. By the end I'll know:
- How to set up Claude for our marketing work, with a design system so everything comes out on brand and our CRM and tools connected
- How to make finished briefs, decks, pages and short explainers in Claude
- How to build a pipeline dashboard and check how AI assistants describe our brand
- How to tie this work to the numbers we're measured on: pipeline, MQL to SQL conversion, speed to lead and cost per opportunity

I'll bring back what I learn, apply it to our own campaigns and share it with the team afterwards.

The cost is £495 + VAT (£594 in total), including lunch and a Claude account for the day. Kowalah issues a VAT invoice when I book and a certificate of attendance afterwards for our training records. If the date stops working, I can move to another date free of charge up to 7 days before.

Could this come out of our learning and development budget?

Thanks,
[your name]

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need my own Claude account?

No. We give every attendee a Claude account for the day in a shared Kowalah workspace, with Claude Design, Docs, Slides, Motion and Dashboards switched on. Before you leave, we show you how to take what you built with you. Motion currently needs a Team or Enterprise plan, so check with your admin before relying on it at work.

Is this for marketing leaders or for the team?

Both. It's for anyone in a marketing role, from coordinators and specialists to heads of marketing. The work is organised around the numbers marketing is measured on, so leaders see how it adds up to pipeline and the team leaves able to do it.

Do I need design or data skills?

No. You describe what you want and Claude makes the first version; you decide what's good enough to ship. If you can brief an agency, you can do this.

Can I bring our own brand or campaign?

Not on the day. Tables work on a sample brand with sample CRM data, so no confidential plans or customer data go into a shared workspace. We show you how to set up the same design system and connectors with your own brand once you're back at work.

What should I bring?

A laptop with a current web browser, and its charger. A personal laptop works best, because work laptops sometimes block new sign-ins. It's worth noting two or three marketing tasks you repeat each week, to think about where Claude fits once you're back at work.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Use the draft approval email above to ask your manager or L&D team. You get a VAT invoice when you book, with space for your company name and VAT number, so you can claim it back or pass it to finance. Booking three or more seats for a team? Contact us and we'll invoice the company.

Is this official Anthropic training?

No. Kowalah is a UK Anthropic implementation specialist: we help companies roll out Claude and get measurable value from it. This is our own course, built from the work we do with clients.

What if the date stops working for me?

Transfers to another date are free up to 7 days before. If we cancel, for example because too few people have booked, you get a full refund.

Where is it?

In the City of London, a short walk from Liverpool Street station. We confirm the venue on this page and email the address with your joining instructions a week before.

Training a whole team?

We'll run it for your company.

Private sessions at your offices, built around your own processes and data. Kowalah is a UK Anthropic implementation specialist.
