Change Enablement · Champion network
Adoption spreads colleague to colleague.
"Here's what Sarah in finance built" beats any rollout email. We find the people others already trust, equip them to lead, and turn them into the engine of organisation-wide adoption.
Book a ConversationPeople copy people, not memos.
A central team can broadcast all it likes, but behaviour changes when someone in your own team, doing your kind of work, shows you what's possible. That credibility can't be sent from head office.
We call this network the Claude Guides: a structured cohort, typically five to ten percent of the workforce, who get early access, deeper skills, and a clear remit to help the colleagues around them.
What's involved
How we build the network.
Identify and recruit
We find the natural influencers in each team, not always the obvious power users, and recruit a cohort of Claude Guides sized to your organisation, usually five to ten percent of headcount.
Brief and equip
Guides get early access, deeper training, and a direct line to the Kowalah team, so they're ahead of their peers and confident answering the questions that come their way.
Structured experiences
Rather than leaving guides to improvise, we give them structured sessions to run with their teams, proven formats that turn curiosity into a first real use case.
Reward and recognition
Being a guide should be visibly worth it. We help you recognise and reward the people carrying adoption, so the role stays energised rather than fading after launch.
When it runs
Briefed in build, active at launch.
The champion network is recruited and briefed while the first agents are still being built, so the moment something ships, there are already trusted colleagues ready to show their teams how to use it. The network then grows with the programme.
When it runs
Recruited and briefed during build; active from each go-live and expanding through Managed Services.
